Please note that if you live in temporary accommodation, a Thameswey Housing Limited or Private Sector Lease property, there is a different process that we will follow to maintain your home, please get in touch via our contact us page to find out more.

Kitchen and bathroom improvements

Replacements of kitchens and bathrooms are surveyed and completed on an ongoing basis. We work throughout the year to improve the quality of your homes and offer a complete surveying, design and installation service.

New Vision Homes holds data about the condition of your property and use this to prioritise kitchen and bathroom replacements.

All of our kitchen replacements are from the Howdens Greenwich range, with a choice of colour and finish options chosen by you to match your property.

All of our bathroom replacements are completed with Twyfords sanitary products, with a choice of colour and finish options that will suit your home.

Door and window replacements

Replacements of doors and windows are surveyed and completed on an ongoing basis. We work throughout the year to improve the quality of your homes and improve the energy efficiency of your property.

New Vision Homes hold data about the condition of your property and use this to prioritise door and window replacements.

All of our newly installed doors and windows are installed using the Profile 22 design, this has been chosen to maximise savings for your energy bills and offer increased security for your home.

All of our installations are FENSA registered and you can request a full certificate upon completion.

Gas boiler replacements

Replacements of boilers are surveyed and completed on both an ongoing and a reactive basis. We work throughout the year to improve the quality of your homes and improve the energy efficiency of your property.

If your boiler fails and cannot be repaired through the repair service we will replace your boiler as a matter of urgency.

New Vision Homes hold data about the condition of your property and use this to prioritise the ongoing boiler replacement programme.

All of our installations are 'Gas Safe' registered using Worcester BOSCH products and you will be issued a full installation certificate for your records upon completion.
